Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

If we are experiencing high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days.


Shipping Times

Because we work with global fulfillment partners, shipping times will vary depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA: 3-5 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3-5 business days

  • Worldwide: 5-10 business days

These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, customs processing, and high-volume seasons.


Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This allows us to speed up delivery and ship directly from the nearest warehouse.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number if the carrier provides one.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

  • Some carriers may not update tracking until the package is near its destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Avenzo is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in your country.

These fees are determined by your local customs office.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If an issue occurs, contact your local carrier first.
We will do our best to assist where possible.
